SUN CITY CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. Sun City Camp Standard Check-in time is 02:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm Jordan local time.
   2. Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability.
   3. Individual Cancellation, No -Show and Amendment Policy: Cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges.
   4. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date; the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 100% of the total amount.
   5. No Show, early departure, as well as a last-minute cancellation, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 100% of the total amount.
   6. Group Cancellation (5 rooms and above): Group cancellation made 30 days prior to the arrival date shall incur 100% cancellation charges.
   7. All standard policies pertaining to the camp/hospitality industry are applicable when a specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.

    

    

   PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

    

   1. To secure and confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of placing the booking request. If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform the camp in writing.
   2. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date will not incur any cancellation charges, and you will receive a full refund for any payment made.
   3. However, if you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the total amount will be charged.
   4. Early check-in and late check-out may incur additional charges as per camp policy.
   5. Children up to 5 years of age can stay for free, and cribs are subject to availability.
   6. Additional charges will apply for children between 5 and 12 years old.
   7. Children 12 years and older will be charged as per the extra adult rate.
   8. Our camp room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional persons would result in additional fees.
   9. Payment can be made using the credit card, payment gateway smart link, deposit in the bank account before the due date.
   10. An extension of stay at the Camp is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the camp is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.
   11. Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any changes. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room/tent description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Sun City Camp shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if the booking is made under such privileged booking rates or special offers. Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking a mount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode ( i.e., debit card/credit card/ net-banking and any electronic mode) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 4-6 weeks.
   12. In case the booking amount is paid using credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card used.
   13. In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your passport and valid visa.

    

   CANCELLATION POLICY:

   For individual reservations:

    

   1. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the arrival date will not incur any cancellation charges.
   2. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total amount.
   3. No-shows, early departures, and last-minute cancellations will also be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total amount.

    

   For group reservations (5 rooms or more):

    

   1. Group Cancellation (5 rooms or more) made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges.
   2. Group Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total amount.

    

   The guest is required to ensure that the final payment is made on or before the due date. Failure to make full payment by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

   Please note that the payment must be made in Jordanian Dinar (JOD), the Jordanian dinar is pegged to the U.S. dollar (USD) at a fixed exchange rate of 0.71

    

   To complete your reservation, a smart payment link will be sent to you. Please make sure to process the payment before the due date, or the reservation will be automatically canceled.

   Keep in mind that only Visa and MasterCard are accepted as forms of payment.

    

   Meanwhile, please make the necessary changes to the room type names I previously communicated via WhatsApp.

   STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    

   1. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Camp reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
   2. This reservation is not transferable.
   3. Sun City Camp reserves the right to send guests away from the Camp due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by the camp employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
   4. Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Camp at any point of time.
   5. Guests are bound to produce original proof of identity at the time of arrival in the Camp.
   6. Special terms of offer will be applicable for the respective bookings and in case of conflict, the terms of such special offers will prevail.
   7. Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside in the Camp or order food from outside the Camp.
   8. Sun City Camp undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away to the Camp after an event at the Camp or taken outside the Camp for private consumption.
   9. In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
   10. Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the Camp and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.
   11. All the assets and valuables of the Camp should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Camp has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Camp (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
   12. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not Camp’s responsibility to advise Camp management prior to arrival.
   13. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Camp takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
   14. Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Camp accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day.
   15. Claimed items can be collected from the camp with valid identification.
   16. The Camp is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept in there.
   17. Sun City Camp reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
   18. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Camp does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of anyother authorities, cha nges to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

    

    

   GENERAL PROVISIONS

    

   1. By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Camp, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Camp’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Camp.
   2. You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions as provided on the website https://suncitycamp.com shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Sun City Camp in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc. of whatsoever nature.
   3. The Camp may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Camp is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
   4. Guest voluntarily agrees and permits the Camp representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest and render adequate hospitality services to them during their stay in the camp.
   5. The Camp shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   6. You shall indemnify and hold the Camp harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Camp.
   7. The Camp shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Camp.
   8. The Camp does not accept any liability for any failure by the Camp to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
   9. If the Camp waives any rights available to it under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
