This section outlines the comprehensive terms and conditions governing the use of Sun City Camp's services.

Check-in and Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 (Jordan local time).
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged as per Camp policy.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Amendment Policy

Standard Rate

• Cancel 30+ days before arrival → No charge.
• Cancel within 30 days of arrival → 100% of the stay charged.
• No-shows, early departures, or last-minute cancellations → 100% of the stay charged.

Early Commitment Rate (Non-Refundable) / Deep Discount Rate

• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
• Reservation is non-cancellable and non-amendable.
• In the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Group Cancellation (5 rooms or more)

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are charged 100%.
• If no specific reservation policy is mentioned in the Reservation Confirmation, standard hospitality policies apply.
• Some special offers or privileged rates are non-refundable and not eligible for changes. Please review room/tent descriptions carefully.
• Sun City Camp is not liable to cancel, refund, or amend bookings made under special offers.

Payment Terms Policy

• A non-refundable payment will be charged to your card 3 weeks prior to arrival.
• Payment methods: credit card, payment gateway link, or bank deposit.
• AMEX cards are not accepted.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method and may take 4–6 weeks.
• If paid by credit card, the refund is processed to that card.

Extension of Stay

• Extensions are subject to availability and charged at current rates.
• Expired offers do not apply to extended stays.

Identification and Security

• Valid photo ID (passport) is mandatory at check-in.
• Check-in may be denied without valid identification.
• Guests must provide passports and visas as part of security procedures.

Children Policy

• Children up to 5 years stay free (cribs subject to availability).
• Children 5–12 years: additional charges apply.
• Children 13+ charged at adult rate.

Standard Terms and Conditions

1. No parties or gatherings are allowed in rooms. Extra occupants may be evicted.
2. Reservations are non-transferable.
3. Camp reserves the right to evict guests due to behavior, safety, or non-compliance.
4. Guest conduct must not compromise safety or security.
5. In case of conflicting terms, special offer terms prevail.
6. Outside food or drink is not allowed in the Camp.
7. The Camp is not liable for food taken off-premises after events.
8. If discrepancies exist between this document and your bill, the bill prevails.
9. Guests must maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Violations may incur penalties.
10. Damaging property may result in charges.
11. Guests with allergies/sensitivities must inform Camp in advance.
12. The Camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items due to guest negligence.
13. Lost property is held for 3 months, then disposed of or donated.
14. Claimed items can be collected with valid ID.
15. The Camp is not responsible for vehicles or items left in the parking area.
16. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Check the website for updates.
17. The Camp is not liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience caused by events beyond its control (e.g. flight delays, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

General Provisions

1. By booking, you agree to the Camp's terms and conditions.
2. Terms on www.suncitycamp.com constitute a binding agreement.
3. The Camp may cancel reservations it deems falsified or incomplete.
4. Guests consent to being profiled from public sources to enhance hospitality.
5. Terms may be changed at the Camp’s discretion.
6. You agree to indemnify the Camp against any liability arising from your stay.
7. The Camp is not liable for losses due to reservation cancellation.
8. Failure to comply due to external factors does not imply liability.
9. A waiver of any condition does not constitute a future waiver.
